Event Rules & Information
Sunday, May 17, 2020 12 pm - 6 pm Set up 10 am-11:45 am Clean Up 6 pm - 7 pm
- Outdoor spaces are 10x10 (for gazebo purposes) on a blacktop surface. Tables are the responsibility of the vendor. Outdoor vendors should also bring a gazebo or tent.
- Indoor spaces are 6x6 and VERY limited. Tables are the responsibility of the vendor.
- Due to the nature and timing of the event, registrations will not be considered without payment.
- We reserve the right to reject at our discretion. If your application is declined, the vendor fee will be refunded.
- Please list all the items you intend to sell. Please don't add anything new without informing us. Efforts are being made to limit duplicate merchandise (juried).
- Sales & Transactions are entirely the responsibility of the vendor. Bring your own change and credit card device if you accept them.
- There will be a Basket Auction as a fundraiser for SJ PPD. We would appreciate a small donation, with your business card!
- Food will be available for purchase. Soft drinks are complementary. Music will be playing for ambiance.
- Well behaved children are always welcome! But please remember we are NOT a daycare, and many of your fellow merchants carry fragile products.
- We request that all items be kept family-friendly. If you are unsure about a specific product, please ask.
- We will open for vendor set-up at 10am. The event ends around 6 pm, leaving an hour for packing up and clean up.
- The indoor vending is limited to local crafters and small businesses with Metaphysical, Fantasy, and Spiritual themed merchandise.
- For the May Bazaar ONLY, we will accept "Catalog or Party" type vendors for the OUTDOOR (parking lot) spaces ONLY. Limit one per company/type. As noted above, Outdoor spaces should bring a Gazebo and tables.
- Vendors agree to sign and accept a Hold Harmless agreement to SJPPD and the 25 Club. Vendors are responsible for their own merchant insurance.
- Event is Rain or Shine, please prepare for wind and weather and watch our Facebook page for updates.
- UPDATE for May 2020 Only: We are monitoring the news regarding COVID-19. The event is in May. We will proceed as scheduled. IF we need to cancel the event, vendor fees will be given the option to refund or put toward the next event. If there are no issues and you decide to cancel, vendor fees will not be refunded or credited.
